WELCOME ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

Welcome to the Burghclere Primary School website where you can find out about the school, its history, aims and organisation, as well as view details of the curriculum. And there is plenty of the children's own work to be seen. We hope you find the site informative and interesting.

Our school is set in beautiful surroundings in the village of Burghclere in North Hampshire. We are very privileged to have a school which mixes both Victorian buildings and modern facilities with a tradition of being at the heart of the community. As our school motto says, we also have children, staff, parents and governors who learn, grow and succeed together. 'Burghclere Primary School' by local artist Miggie Bruce

At Burghclere Primary School we offer a happy, friendly and stimulating atmosphere where children can grow to their full potential and become responsible and caring members of the community.

Children are happy to come to the school and remember their school days here long after they have left. In fact we have lots of contact from adults who came to our school when they were children and many parents and grandparents of current pupils who came to the school themselves.

We hope our website will reflect the excellent work which goes on here and will give you a flavour of our school. If you would like to visit us then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
